Two Servers for Drupal?
Yes that's right. Every account comes with two servers. One server is a Hybrid VPS server for
your Drupal website. This is the server which is dedicated to serving your Drupal content. It does
nothing else. No e-mail, no mailing lists, no FTP server, nothing.
A second server is there only if you need it. This is the server that runs your control panel
software (cPanel) so you can add and remove mailboxes, run mailing lists, add new domains,
create sub-domains, etc.
If you need to, you can create subdomains and do non-Drupal specific things with cPanel. Need a forum? Just create
yourself a subdomain called "forums.mydomain.com" and away you go. It's not that complicated. You
don't even need to use it if you don't want to. But it's there, receiving your e-mail, running
your FTP server and letting you perform non-Drupal specific tasks. Your VPS can concentrate on
doing one thing well.
While your second server is busy handling the back-end, your Drupal Centric Hybrid-VPS
is working on only doing one thing - serving Drupal pages.
That's why you're here - Drupal oriented, performance web hosting. Right?
Scared? Don't be. It's really quite simple, you'll get the hang of it in just a few minutes.
