Holistic Solutions' privacy policy covers all services provided under Hot Drupal, including our premium Drupal hosting.
We collect and store two types of information. Personal Data is
information you provide to us to service your account which can be used to identify you. This may include your name, mailing address,
phone number, email address, billing address, credit card number, and other financial data. We may also collect
Non-Personal Data information when you visit our pages which is not used to identify you.
We collect and store information such as browser type, originating IP address, operating
system, and what ISP you are using.
We value your privacy. We never sell your information to data miners, information database
compilation companies, or third parties trying to market to you.
We may share your data with companies working directly with us to improve our service, or develop marketing campaigns
for our in-house use.
We may share personal data in case of emergency, in response to a legal
requirement, or as required by law. For example, but not limited to, compliance with a subpoena or court order.
We may give out personal information
when needed to provide service(s) to you. For example, when we bill your credit card we must pass certain information to
the credit card transaction processing gateway. If you register a domain through us,
your information is provided to the registrar to associate you with the domain. In general we only share this information
when required as a function of providing your service.
Holistic Solutions strives to maintain your records and keep them secure. While we can never guarantee 100%
security we try to follow all generally accepted procedures. You can access our signup pages, accounts area, and
customer portal via a SSL secured connection. We regularly apply security patches to our servers as needed.
In the future we reserve the right to share data with potential successors or investors. For instance, if we were
to go to a bank and ask for a business loan they may want to look at our financial data and customer records as
part of their due diligence. If we were to merge with another company, we would need to share information as part of
the merger process. In any such case, we will ask for confidentiality agreements be signed before providing any information.
We do not sell or give out your personal data to third parties that have nothing to do with us providing services
to you.
